Step-1: First make sure that you have installed iTunes in your PC, Now assuming that all you have installed iTunes in your PC connect a USB cable to the PC and open iTunes.
Step-2: Now Force shut down your iPad by Holding Sleep/Wake button then “Slide to Shutdown” the iPad.

Step-3: Now disconnect all the Cables from your iPad and press and hold the home button and connect the USB cable Remember this two steps should be done at the same time means you should simultaneously connect the lightning cable by holding the home button.
Step-4: Then you can observe a new screen which creates a prompt message in your PC which states that “There is a Problem with your iPad that requires restored”, Now click on Update.
Step-5: Now the process will be done automatically and ask’s for your Apple ID and password in the next screen.
Step-6: Just enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Continue.
Step-7: In the next screen you will be asked whether to “Restore the previous data”(If available) or to “Setup as new iPad”, You can Tap on Setup new iPad if you didn’t have any backup data.
